1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is established between Europe Bridal, a wholesale wedding dress supplier located in Izmir, Turkey, represented by [Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.”

2. Subject

The subject of this Contract is the sale and delivery of wholesale wedding dresses by the Seller to the Buyer.

3. Order and Acceptance

  • a. The Buyer shall place orders for wholesale wedding dresses via the Europe Bridal website, email (info@europebridal.com), or through WhatsApp communication (0090506 835 94 65).
  • b. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject an order, and upon acceptance, an order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer through the same communication channel used for placing the order.

4. Payment

  • a. The Buyer shall make payments for the ordered wholesale wedding dresses via the provided payment methods specified by Europe Bridal.
  • b. Prices quoted on the website or communicated via email/WhatsApp are exclusive of any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

  • a. The Seller shall dispatch the ordered wholesale wedding dresses to the Buyer’s designated address as specified in the order confirmation.
  • b. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions. The Seller shall inform the Buyer of any expected delays or issues with delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • a. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within [number of days] days from the date of receiving the ordered wholesale wedding dresses.
  • b. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify Europe Bridal via email or WhatsApp within the specified withdrawal period, providing details of the order and reason for withdrawal.
  • c. The wholesale wedding dresses must be returned to Europe Bridal in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from this Contract, the parties shall seek to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

8. Miscellaneous

Any modifications or amendments to this Contract shall be valid only if made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By placing an order with Europe Bridal, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Contract.
